How to get a refund from the Windows Phone Marketplace

1. Sign into Marketplace.
2. Select Purchase History.
3. Click on Details for the app you want refunded.
4. Select Get Support.
5. From the drop-down list select Get help for my bill.
6. From the second drop-down list select Request a refund for this purchase.
7. Click Submit and the exact amount you paid will be refunded.
